Summary of your treatment
Duration of Results
Back to Work
Bruising, swelling, infection
Gradually, your skin will appear more radiant and there will be a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles
PRP will utilise your own blood, meaning there is no risk of allergic reaction and making it rich in growth factors. Such growth factors are necessary to repair the body and help combat signs of aging. The therapy will use your own blood platelets to stimulate new cell growth, resulting in a more radiant looking you, better skin texture and restoring lost facial volume. The aim is to improve the overall texture and tone of your skin in the most natural way possible.
The PRP treatment will involve taking some blood from you, similar to a blood test, and processing it until the platelets separate from the rest of the blood, giving it a high concentration – about three times the normal level. The platelet rich plasma will then be injected into the skin where rejuvenation is needed.
There is no down time with this treatment.
A number of results can be achieved with dermal fillers ranging from smoother facial lines, fuller lips and plumper and revitalised skin.
There may be some mild to moderate swelling post treatment, as well as redness and heat. Bruising can also occur and may take several days to disappear.
